Our apple wash machines are made to your requirements. Our current machines are washing a minimum of 12 Ton of apples per hour. The wash will collect the stones in the bottom of the machine. Sticks are also reduced/removed. 

The second image below is a custom made apple grader. The grader has been alter to suit need for apples.
